RETURNS
Have confidence in ordering with HairdryersOnly.com. It is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, if you are dissatisfied or it does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept your return within the 30 day window of receiving the merchandise. We ask that you Contact Us so that we may email you the Exchange/Return Form for completion. You then will return the completed form with the product so that we will know which of the following you want us to do:

1) Replace or exchange the merchandise OR,
2) Credit the purchase price to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, Google Checkout, or Paypal account) **Please note that we only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of HairdryersOnly.com's error.
RETURNS EXCEPTION
Unfortunately, due to health and sanitation regulations, we are unable to accept any exchanges or returns on any brush, to include hot air brushes, and combs. The only exception is if the brush or comb product is damaged in transit, of if the hot air brush is defective. We appreciate your respect of this exception and ask that you be absolutely sure that the product you select is the one that you want.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise is damaged in transit, or found to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at toll free 877-620-5729, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1) Repack the item that is to be returned in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging to include any attachments, bags, warranty cards and instructions. If at all possible, please reuse your original shipping box and packing materials to make sure that your merchandise is secure. Please note that if upon receipt of the returned item(s) the original packaging is damaged, or if any of the aforementioned attachments are missing, HairdryersOnly.com will not be able to issue any credit.
2) Please include the completed Exchange/Replace/Return Form so that we know how to process the return.

4) HairdryersOnly.com encourages you to ship via UPS, insured Parcel Post through USPS, or some other traceable shipping method. Be sure to keep your receipt so that you have proof of the shipment. Please note that HairdryersOnly.com is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost on their way back to us, so please take special care in the packing of the item(s) to be returned.
5) Upon receipt of the returned product, HairdryersOnly.com will complete its return inspection process and gladly refund the full purchase price of the merchandise only. Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Shipping costs for merchandise that met the Free Ship criteria will be deducted from the purchase price at the time the refund is processed.
6) If you are returning an item for exchange, your form of payment will be credited and then you will be rebilled for the new/exchanged item. If you have not set up an account with HairdryersOnly.com, we will need new credit card information to rebill you and this can be accomplished by calling our Customer Service Department toll free at 877-620-5729, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
WARRANTIES
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers with the exception of **CHI products (see below). If a product proves to be defective after the first 30 days of receiving the item, you will need to contact the manufacturer for return instructions. Please take into consideration that each manufacturer has their own unique way of handling warranties and this information is included with each product. If you are not able to locate this information, you can Contact Us and we will attempt to assist you. In some situations, claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of HairdryersOnly.com. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by PHP Enterprises, Inc. HairdryersOnly.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of items.
Items which are found to be defective upon receipt of the product must be reported immediately in order to be replaced or if replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
**WARRANTY ON CHI STYLING TOOLS PURCHASED THROUGH HAIRDRYERSONLY.COM:
CHI hair styling tools/appliances are guaranteed by HairdryersOnly.com for one (1) year from date of purchase against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Not covered by our guarantee are steel parts, plastic parts, flex cord, as well as damages caused by improper handling. HairdryersOnly.com reserves the right to inspect the merchandise upon return to determine if in fact the defects meet the guarantee requirements.
